At MillyToys, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return Email us at support@millytoys.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item — we cover return shipping 100%
  • If you're returning for any other reason — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damage. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no questions asked.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that are used, washed, or not in original packaging
  • Personalised or custom-engraved items
